ORANGE1 FFF Racing Team by ACM in the Intercontinental GT Challenge on behalf of Lamborghini

With an impressive 2019 season in the records, as it won all the competitions it entered, FFF Racing is about to start its 2020 season. ORANGE1 FFF Racing Team by ACM is delighted to announce its participation to the Intercontinental GT Challenge, representing the Lamborghini brand. For the first time, both the Chinese squad and the Italian manufacturer will attend the championship created by SRO for carmakers. 2020 will mark the fifth edition of the championship created to reward manufactures, and the results conquered last year were a clear reason for Lamborghini Squadra Corse to entrust the team.

The driver line-up of the ORANGE1 FFF Racing Team by ACM Lamborghini Huracan EVO GT3 number 63 will include Blancpain GT champions Andrea Caldarelli and Marco Mapelli, from Italy, alongside their regular Endurance teammate, Dennis Lind, from Denmark.

Fu Songyang, ORANGE1 FFF Racing Team by ACM Team Owner
“After the 2019 season, we are committed to take up another important challenge for this year. Together with our partners Lamborghini Squadra Corse and ORANGE1, the next step for our team is the biggest we could aim at, the Intercontinental GT Challenge. In a certain way, we already won in Asia in 2018 and Europe in 2019, so 2020 could be the right opportunity to take everything under the same name. Honestly, I think the challenge is going to be quite serious, as the level of the competition is very high, and we are going to represent one of the most prestigious manufacturers. Choosing Andrea, Dennis and Marco was a natural option and the continuation of the project started last year. They definitely are the best drivers we could have for this new venture”.

Armando Donazzan, Orange1 President
I would like to thank Lamborghini Squadra Corse and FFF Racing Team for the opportunity given us to take part in this new important challenge. With great enthusiasm, determination and passion, this year we have decided to raise the bar once again, competing worldwide in the International GT Challenge, as we believe we have all the credentials to live up, both technically, resources and the best drivers we could have for this like Andrea, Marco and Dennis.
